Cranford Annual Town Wide Garage Sale

  • September 25, 2012

It is time to clean out those closets and storage areas! Project Home of Cranford's is holding its Annual Town Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, October 6th, from 9 am – 4 pm (RAIN or SHINE) throughout the town.

Cranford residents can help support Project Home and Cranford Family Care by signing up to be part of this years' event. For a $20. Registration donation, Project Home will
handle all the publicity and advertising for the event. Project Home will also compile a Garage Sale Map List, which includes the registered garage participants, their address and items for sale. Garage sale participants keep all the profits from their sale and $20. Registration donation goes directly to Cranford Family Care. Cranford residents can register to be listed on this year's Garage Sale Map until Monday October 3rd.

Registration forms are available in the front vestibule of the Cranford Library on Walnut Ave., at Cranford Family Care, and on the Project Home website: www.phcranford.com. Completed forms, along with the $20. Registration donation should be dropped off at Cranford Family Care located at 61 Myrtle Street in Cranford.

Maps will be available on October 6th at 8am on the Project Home website phcranford.com.

Since 1988 Cranford Residents have been contributing to Project Home, which is a 501c (3) non-profit organization benefiting Cranford Family Care. All of our fundraising dollars received from the garage sale registrations are distributed directly to Cranford Family Care. Cranford Family Care carefully screens and qualifies Cranford residents in need of assistance. This assistance helps families in danger of losing their homes or apartments due to crisis situations, such as job loss or catastrophic illness to remain in the community.

Neighbors helping Neighbors is what makes Cranford a unique, strong, and compassionate community.
