YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18-26 CAN DO MORE BE MORE AT THE WESTFIELD AREA Y

Summer is coming to an end and children are going back to school. Young adults are making their own way in the workforce or pursuing a college degree.  In order to help them be stronger, healthier and happier, the Westfield Area Y has developed a NEW Young Adult Membership just
for them!  Now ages 18-26 can meet new friends within their age group, stay healthy and active all without the burden of a contract or joiner’s fee.

To help make getting and staying in shape easier, the Y is offering new young adult members a non-intimidating, inspiring atmosphere in which to pursue wellness.

This special membership at the Main Y facility located at 220 Clark Street in Westfield includes: two indoor pools for lap swim and over 25 aqua fitness classes including Aqua Zumba®, Aqua Abs & Sculpt and Aqua Boot Camp; a
double gym with open basketball, roller hockey and soccer; two racquetball courts; over 55 group fitness classes including TRX® Suspension Training for Beginners, Barefoot Fusion, Zumba®, Powerbox Circuit, Cycle & Sculpt, Power Yoga, Cardio Interval, Abs/Body Sculpt and Fitness Challenge; a one hour fitness orientation with a Y trainer; ActivTrax (customized workouts and nutrition
tracking based on your goals); 12-Weeks to a Healthier You, a small group support experience with guided workouts in a private environment; cardio room,
Fitness Express Center, free weight room, strength training room, showers, lockers and wheelchair accessible changing facilities and men’s steam room.

Complimentary tours are now being offered.  For details, contact Leonardo Gonzalez at (908) 233-2700 x271.  If you and a friend join as a full facility member and have not been a full facility member of the Westfield Area Y for the last 60 days, both of you will receive a $50 Y Gift Card!

The Y is the nation’s leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.  Visit www.westfieldynj.org to learn more about Westfield Area Y programs. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.
