Fun, Fitness Are The Themes At Health Club's Open House

Strength and Fitness, a local, family-owned gym, marked it's 5th anniversary Monday by opening it's doors to both members and non-members.

A Cranford health club opened it's doors Monday afternoon to the community for an open house to celebrate it's five-year anniversary in the township.

Strength and Fitness Club LLC, welcomed members and non-members at its South Avenue gym to mark the occasion. According to the gym's owner, Doug Petschow, the purpose of the Five-Year Anniversary Kick Off Party was to give members and non-members an opportunity to explore the gym and its amenities.
