As Sandy moves in, we'll all be struck in our homes or shelters between Monday and Tuesday. Help us keep your neighbors up-to-date by sending in your info and pictures.
Central Avenue near the Chatham border in New Providence was completely flooded after Hurricane Irene in 2011. Hurricane Sandy, which will reach our area by Monday, will likely bring heavy rain and strong wind, and cause significant damage. Hurricane Sandy is fast approaching New Jersey, bringing heavy rain and strong wind that will likely cause tremendous destruction in our area.
