The Watch Me Grow preschool at Temple Beth El Mekor Chayim, which closed for more than a year due to flooding from Hurricane Irene will open again for the first time this month. After more than $25,000 in renovations to the lower level of the temple, educational director, Tamara Ruben, will once again be leading a non-denominational program.

Infants ages 6 months to 12 months can be signed up for school, with classes beginning Jan. 7. The Temple's program was recommended by Patch readers last year with over 4,000 votes.
