Repairs to a transformer on Springfield Avenue between West End Place and Tulip Street are complete, PSE&G is reporting.

PSE&G reports that all power has been restored to the area north of Central Avenue. In addition, Springfield Avenue is open again to all traffic.

Springfield Avenue was closed earlier between West End Place and Tulip Street due to a transformer fire at West End Place. The roadway was closed while repairs were under way. Any resident having additional power outages should contact PSEG at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734).
