- Registration to Begin at the Cranford Community Center
The Cranford Recreation and Parks Department announced in a press release that registration for fall 2010 programs start Saturday, Sept. 18. Programs are limited to Cranford residents only and proof of residency is required. Interested individuals may register both in person and online, unless otherwise indicated in this year's brochure, mailed to all Cranford residents and available for free in the Community Center.
In-person registration is handled at the Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue, on a first-come, first-serve basis. A registration form and payment in the form of cash or check is required. Parents must be present when registering children under the age of 18.
To register online, residents may create an account here: https://register.communitypass.net/cranford. Once signed up, residents are asked to head to the Community Center to pay in the form of cash or check. For more information, call (908) 709-7283.
- Union County Hospital to Hold Fundraiser Sale
BERKELY HEIGHTS – Runnells Specialized Hospital of Union County announced a sale of "N & N Linens" and "LGE Jewelry" on Friday Oct. 8. A percentage of the sales will be credited to the Volunteers Guild. American Express and checks will be accepted.
