Westfield Child Health Clinics (CHC)

- Bone Density Screening on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 10am -11:30am (* $10 charge)
- Hearing Screening on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (* No charge)
- Cholesterol Screening on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (*$10 charge)
- Diabetes Screening on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 10am-11:30am (*$10 charge)
All screenings require pre-registration & will be held at the Westfield Municipal Building, 425 East Broad Street, Westfield, New Jersey.
