Green Weekends of Morris County
The Morris County Park Commission presents Green Weekends of Morris County, a series of events filled with green-themed programs offering the unique opportunity to discover ways of integrating green living into our daily lives. Earth Day Celebration held at the Lewis Morris County Park in Morris Township on Saturday, April 28, 2012 begins at 11 am and continues till 4 pm. Experience live animal shows, great food, lively music, games and crafts, and fun for the entire family. Admission fees are $3 for adults, $2 for children ages 12 & under, and FREE for children under the age of 2.
The weekend continues with “Sustainable Life on the Farm,” on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 12 Noon - 4 pm at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morris Township.
