Free Hoop Jam. I bring the hoops and music you bring the desire to have fun and a smile. If you have a hoop bring it if not adult and child size hoops will be available for a small donation or available for purchase. This is not a class just a convergence of happy hoopers. Come see what all the fun is about beginners and non hoopers are especially welcome.Trouble shooting and some instruction will be available. Join Sharon from Sharon Fit Belly Dance & Group Fitness Studio of Cranford for a hoop of a good time.
