Each Sunday of the month at The Kilkenny House will feature traditional Irish songs and occasional opportunities for “open mic” performances by patrons. “Each Sunday begins with Irish Breakfast and American favorites from 11:30 a.m. onwards, baseball, NBA playoffs, golf and other sports on the big screens, and music in the afternoon,” said Barry O’Donovan, owner of The Kilkenny House. Today's featured Irish artists is Brian Kennedy, who will be playing from 5-9 pm.

Opened in September 2008, The Kilkenny House offers Irish food, music and a bar in the downtown Cranford area. The pub hosts National Football League viewing parties with drink specials as well as local music. Yet the events aren't the only appeal. Stop by and taste the traditional dishes. The curry pie is a particular speciality.
