Understanding Your Social Security and Medicare Retirement Options

Michael Flynn, a financial advisor with Edward Jones, and Gary Woodward, Regional Vice-President, Prudential Annuities, will discuss Social Security benefits options and how they may influence your retirement decisions. Following their discussion, Richard W. Feder, a partner in Feder Insurance Services, will talk about healthcare options in retirement. He will explain what Medicare is and will talk about Parts A & B, prescription drug plans, Medicare supplements and advantage plans, timing (both initial enrollment and annual enrollment periods), and the relationship between employer group health insurance and Medicare. The program is sponsored by the Cranford Public Library.

More About Cranford Community Center
Cranford Community Center is open to all residents of Cranford. It offers a game room with pool tables, ping-pong tables, an air hockey table, a foosball table, as well as a space to play basketball and a lounge with TVs and vending machines.
Residents can use the facilities after showing a Cranford High School ID card, driver's license or a current utility bill to prove their Cranford residency. The community center is also home to a vast schedule of sports and activities for children, teens and adults.
