What you need to know today, Oct. 15, in Cranford.

Breast Cancer Awareness: Breast Cancer Awareness blood drive will be held at Hillside Avenue School from 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Donors will be entered to win Super Bowl tickets!

New Township Admin?: The Township committee will be hosting interviews on Tuesday for the position of Township Administrator. These will be closed session meetings, where formal action may be taken.

Elections: Today is the last day to register to be able to vote in the Nov. 5 general election. Tomorrow, a special election will be held to fill the vacant New Jersey senate seat.  

Sports: Oct. 15: Girls Volleyball (away) vs. Westfield at 4 p.m., Girls Soccer vs. Kent Place (away) at 4 p.m. Girls Tennis (Away) vs. New Providence at 4 p.m. Boys Soccer vs. Linden (Home) at 4 p.m. Field Hockey vs.Millburn (Home) at 4 p.m.
