There is a court hearing scheduled for today on site plan recommendations for the Birchwood Avenue property, today Feb. 4, at 10a.m. at the Union County courthouse.
As previously reported on Patch, a final judgement on the matter will likely happen in March, according to township attorney Daniel J. McCarthy.
The group Concerned Citizens of Cranford reports on their website that "new documents have been filed in the builder’s remedy this month" and that the Fair Share Housing Center has filed a motion in the case.
