Milling and paving of Centennial Avenue will continue throughout the next week by the County of Union.
The County will work on Centennial Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Cummings Street beginning tomorrow. As of Wednesday morning, the county was working on Lincoln Avenue to South Avenue. These sections of roadway will be closed during the milling process, according to Cranford Police.
The Garden State Parkway Ramp to exit 136 will be accessible to all traffic during construction through detour routes.
The section of Centennial Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Wall Street will remain open during this road work. Access to Hillside Avenue School, Lincoln Avenue School, and all businesses will be maintained throughout this project.
