Cranford ‘Best Place for the Rich and Single,’ CNN Money Magazine Says

The township was No. 20 on the list of top-25 American towns.

If you are “rich” and single living in Cranford, you got it right, according to CNN Money’s list of “Best Places for the Rich and Single” announced Thursday.

The Township of Cranford was named the 20th best place to live if you are rich and single throughout the United States on a list of 25 towns.

About 30.4 percent of the Township is single, according to CNN Money, with median family income of $131,480 within the overall population.

The article boasts Cranford as the “"Venice of New Jersey" due the Rahway Rivers flow through the Township. It also referenced Peddle Paddle Fun Day and the Sperry Observatory.
