Cranford Library Gears Up for Used Book Sale Aug. 7

Looking for summer reading at a discount?

The Cranford Public Library offers great prices on good books at its forthcoming used book sale, whichtakes place Wednesday, Aug. 7, the Cranford Chronicle reported. 

The library's Friendly Book Cellar is the place where more than 10,000 adult and children's books, CDs, DVDs and books-on-tape will be available at prices ranging from 25 cents to $2, the article said. Also on hand will be individually priced vintage and autographed materials.

The sale, organized by the Friends of the Cranford Library will be at the main branch, 224 Walnut Ave., on Aug. 7, from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Proceeds from the sale benefit the library. For more information, visit the library website.
