Lululemon Sponsors Free Yoga for Teen Girls in Cranford
The class takes place Jan. 12 at 3p.m. in Cranford.
Alluem Yoga will host a special free yoga class for teenage women at 3p.m. on January 12th. The event is sponsored by Canada-based appareal and lifestyle chain Lululemon, which has a Union County shop in Summit.
"This event is to encourage beauty for girls ages 13 to 17, inside and out," said Alluem instructor, Nicole Traum, who will lead the class.
According to Health & Fitness Journal's 2012 worldwide survey of fitness trends yoga came in at 11 on a list of 20 trends, and has been steadily making a comback since 2010, according to the journal.
