When a customer service representative cannot help me for WHATEVER REASON, I politely ask to make my request to their manager. I don't expect everyone to be onboard with me. Now that's what diversity means.

Another reason to HATE TD Bank. What's really wrong is that TD Bank pays very low rates. Commerce Bank was a nice bank with lollipops and free stuff. Toronto Dominion Bank gives Canadians a bad name. Most Canadians are nice except those that hire nasty Americans like the Notary at the Cranford branch of Too Dumb Bank.
