This weekend offers a recycling opportunities for electronics and computers along with a kitten adoption day.
The weather promises to be extremely hot this weekend, but here are some events that you can participate in and stay cool. Consider adopting a kitten at the Precious Felines Adoption Day in Garwood and open your home to a new friend.
Just purchased a new computer to read your favorite Patch articles? This is the weekend to recycle the old one and any electronics that you don’t use.

Resident of Clark and surrounding towns can bring their unwanted old electronic items to be recycled by Principia Green Team. Friday, July 6, Free – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Clark

Bring your recycling to the Fanwood Recycling Center. You can talk to Alan Ebersole who is the site manager if you have any questions. Free – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Fanwood
Drop off your old computer/out dated system this Saturday. All proceeds help provide scholarships for local high school students. Free – 10 a.m. – Clark
