The Cranford Hotel is proud to welcome new chef Chris Faitoute, a Cranford native who has worked at restaurants throughout the state and most recently at The Huntley Tavern in Summit.
While many of the classic favorites are still available, Chris is expanding the horizons of the Hotel menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
