Township Native Becomes New Chef at Cranford Hotel
Chris Faitoute is revamping the menu at the local eatery.
The Cranford Hotel is proud to welcome new chef Chris Faitoute, a Cranford native who has worked at restaurants throughout the state and most recently at The Huntley Tavern in Summit.
While many of the classic favorites are still available, Chris is expanding the horizons of the Hotel menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients. In addition to food and beverage specials, the Hotel offers a regular Sunday Roast, a 3-course menu that changes each week. Visit the online to view the menu and sign up for the e-newsletter.
