Photos: Comic Con Draws Caped Crusaders

South Orange train station is the place to go this weekend for superheroes sightings

It's a bird, it's a plane....no, it's a local dressed for success at the New York Comic Con, a four-day sci-fi, fantasy, comic-focused event at the Javitz Center that concludes on Sunday. The event drew thousands of participants into the city. In fact, Comic Con sold out days ahead, leaving those who scored tickets feeling lucky.

"I've been planning my outfit for weeks," said Kaitlyn, 16, who dressed as Harry Potter character Ginny Weasley. "I can't wait to be there," she said, as she waited for a train.

Eric, 13, said Comic Con is "awesome."  "Gandalf for President," he said, displaying a button on his shirt that said the same.
