Cranford Launches Cooking Show to Highlight Local Restaurants

The first episode of 'The Cranford Dish' visits Pairings palate + plate.

Chefs from many of Cranford’s restaurants will be sharing their recipes and cooking secrets with viewers in a new show, The Cranford Dish, airing on TV 35. Host Kathleen Miller Prunty visited with Chef Naved Ferdinands of Pairings palate+plate  for the first show, which includes interviews with owners Carol Murphy and Vincent Clyne.

Chef Ferdinands takes viewers through each step of his preparation of scallops and succotash using fresh, local ingredients. The show can be seen at 7 pm weeknights and 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday. You can view the episode here.

Upcoming episodes include ice cream made from scratch at Vanilla Bean Creamery, a visit to the gardens and kitchen at a toute heure and making a specialty at Dinner in a Pinch.
