“The Autumn Flowers of Japan”, N.Y. Botanical October 29, 2011- Green Thumb Garden Club, Make Reservation Now

The Green Thumb Garden Club is extending an open invitation to another of their very popular bus tours.  We are off to see “The Autumn Flowers of Japan” at the N.Y. Botanical Garden.  This event will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2011.  The favorite fall Chrysanthemum known as “KiKu” will be presented in the breathtaking Japanese Imperial Style.

The best is yet to come with a private tour of the display, a private tram tour of the whole garden and a buffet lunch at the Pre-Civil War Stone Mill Cafe overlooking the garden. The buffet will be catered in the artful style of renowned caterer Abigail Kirsch.   Kirsch has earned popularity for setting her new and up-scale wedding standards for the tri-state area.   The price for this sumptuous lunch and well planned day is $88.

Others may prefer to wander the garden and purchase lunch at either of the beautiful cafes on the premises moving at their own pace. The price for this is $53.
