Fire Me Up Studio to Open on N. Union Avenue This Month

The studio will offer paint-your-own pottery, glass fusing, clay building art classes and events.

If you are looking for an outlet to fire up your creativity close to home, husband and wife, Tammie and Todd Crispino are opening, “Fire Me Up!” a contemporary ceramics studio featuring paint-your-own pottery, glass fusing, clay projects and more on N. Union Avenue in Cranford at the end of August.

Fire Me Up! will be hosting two grand opening events in September. On Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the public can attend a Grand Opening Party to tour the space and create a small piece of artwork. Featuring balloon artists, face painting, drinks and treats.

On Sept. 26 from 7 to 9p.m, Fire Me Up! will host an Adults-Only Grand Opening event offering ,mini chair massages, wine tasting and bites.

The business is a perfect fit for the vision of downtown Cranford, according to Tammie.

“From the first time we met with the Downtown Business & Economic Development team, we knew this was going to be the home of Fire Me Up,” Tammie said.

Tammie added that the studio will feature events such as Ladies and Tween Nights while also hosting open studio hours for walk-in customers and even personalized events and parties.

“I think it is a great way to let go and decompress after a long day,” Tammie said.

Tammie said if there was one way she could sum up the goal of the studio, it is to “Fuel Your Creativity!” She hopes the studio will ignite the creativity in everyone.

Fire Me Up Studio is located at 117 N. Union Avenue. For more information on the opening day and additional information visit the Fire Me Up Studio website or Facebook page
