The following is a listing of jobs available in the field of education:
- Continuing Education - Youth Program Instructors, Union County College, Cranford. Bachelor’s degrees required. Master’s degrees preferred. Background experience in teaching the Con Ed Youth Program courses.
- Industry-Business Institute (IBI) Instructors, part-time, Cranford, Elizabeth, Plainfield and other off campus locations as needed. Instructors needed to teach the classes for Industry-Business Institute clients. Bachelor’s degrees required. Master’s degrees preferred.
- Executive Director of the Union County College Foundation. The Executive Director of Development is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and management of a comprehensive fundraising program including, funding campaigns and planned giving. The position reports directly to the President and provides direction and leadership to the fundraising program.
- Executive Assistant; Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees, Assistant Secretary to the Board of Governors, Assistant to Secretary to the Foundation Board. Responsible for supporting the Secretary of the College’s Board of Trustees, Board of Governors and serves as Assistant to Secretary to the Foundation Board as well as their respective committees. Provides administrative services as part of the President’s Office support team.
- Full Time English Faculty. Faculty member’s responsibilities shall be teaching courses as assigned, student advisement, assistance with registration, participation on College committees and involvement in professional development activities.
- Part Time Custodian. Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial and manual duties that involve heavy lifting, and use of heavy power equipment. Duties are related to the general appearance and cleanliness of both the interior and immediate exterior of the college buildings and facilities.
