Wellness Seminars offered at the YMCA

Join Wholistic Wellness Associates for a Series of Seminars at the YMCA of Eastern Union County – Wellness Center Branch!

 

Union, November 2013 – The YMCA of Eastern Union County – Wellness Center Branch is offering a series of Wellness Seminars in conjunction with Wholistic Wellness Associates.  Seminars are open to the public and are presented at 1000 Galloping Hill Road, Union,NJ.

Wed., November 6 @ 7PM – Healing Thru Nutrition and Herbal Remedies

Discussion on how to heal yourself through nutrition and various herbal remedies.  Foods that boost energy and immune system health will also be discussed.

Wed., November 20 @ 7PM – Hands-on Healing: Balancing Your Energy

Demonstration of various methods used to balance energy (and chakras) through use of techniques such as meditation, crystals, and energy work such as Reiki.  Also, if there is interest, various methods to increase intuition will be discussed.

 

Wed., December 4 @ 7PM – Hypnosis for Change!

Discussion of various holistic methods/modalities that can change your life! The Emotional Freedom Technique, self-hypnosis, and positive affirmations are among some of the techniques to be demonstrated.
