“Own the Night” - Teen Summer Reading Club, Cranford Library

The Cranford Public Library is continuing the 2012 Teen Summer Reading Program and teens are invited to “Own the Night” this summer by participating in the Cranford Public Library’s Teen Summer Reading Program from June 11 to August 20.  Teens are invited to come to the Library and read for prizes as well as to take part in special events offered throughout the summer.

Special events this summer will include: weekly movies on Tuesdays at 2 pm, crafts and assorted programs on Thursdays at 2 pm.  Also, there will be other special programs that will be listed on the library website at www.cranford.com/library/teens.asp. Teens ages 12 -18 or entering grades 7-12 can register for the program at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor.  All teens who participate in the program can attend an end-of-program Pizza Party, with lots of prizes awarded, on August 24.

Open to all teens but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED – To register or for information contact Teen Librarian Fran Housten 908-709-7272 or email: cranfordlibrary@gmail.com.

The ongoing schedule for teen activities may be seen at http://www.cranford.com/library/teens.
