Alluem Yoga to Host Holiday Flea Market

The yoga studio located in the Historical Droescher's Mill will host a holiday flea market on Dec. 7.

Celebrate the holiday season at the Historical Droescher’s Mill on Dec. 7 for Alluem Yoga’s first ever Holiday Market.

The flea market will run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and feature art, photography, jewelry, gifts, handmade, fair trade, unique, live music, spirits and more.

Even if you are not looking to shop, owner Gina Pachowski says visitors can still stop by to enjoy some wine, snacks and music and hang out with fellow locals.

Since Alluem hosted a Gala Event Fundraiser for Haiti in December of 2010, they have been asked by residents to host another community event.

“I love this town for its charm, unique shops and artistic talent,” Pachowski said. “I am honored and thrilled to bring together such amazing local vendors and artists at this historic mill down by the river.”

She explained that the event is the perfect opportunity for the business to highlight other local businesses and artists all in one place.

Participating Cranford businesses include: Artemisia, Augusta Mae and Simply! Treats will be provided by Cheese...Please!, The Gardner's Kitchen and The Fresh Press Juice Company.

“It's a one-stop shop here at The Alluem Flea!” Pachowski said.

10% of the proceeds will go to Alluem Yoga’s ongoing program, Recycle Haiti! All other profits will go directly the merchant, Alluem will not profit from the event.

“We love nothing more then to support and give what we can when we can,” the business said.

Alluem Yoga is located at the Mill at 347 Lincoln Ave. East in Cranford.
