I live on High St, south side of town.  I am in awe at the fact that the adults of this neat, clean community do not clean up after their dogs.  They say they can't do it in snow???Why not?  If anything, I would think it would be easier to clean up.  Grow Up you LAZY Grown Ups.  It is disgusting!  You embarrass your pets and me too!
