Cranford Police Collects Old Cell Phones to Assist Domestic Violence Victims

The project will benefit the YWCA in Union County.

The Cranford Police Department is collecting old cell phones and smart phones as part of ‘Project Protect,’ which will assist victims of domestic violence.

All phones will directly benefit the YWCA in Union County.

The YWCA’s ‘Project Protect’ provides emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Phones will be collected until Jan. 31 in a collection box of the Cranford Police Department lobby.
