Police, Fire, EMS Respond To Motor Vehicle Accident

First responders are working to extricate victims from a motor vehicle that crashed into a tree.

Local emergency officials are responding to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in which a car crashed into a tree just after 9 p.m. on Monday.

According to unconfirmed reports, the incident happened at the corner of Gallows Hill Road and Coolidge Street, on the Westfield border. Firefighters, emergency medical crews and paramedics were asked to respond to the location, where two victims were reportedly trapped in the vehicle.

Cranford Police could not confirm the incident. We will update the story if and when more information becomes available.
