Cranford West Re-opening July 4th Weekend, Reservations Begin June 17, 2011

The Cranford Recreation and Parks Department is pleased to announce that Cranford West will be re-opening on the July 4th weekend.  Cranford West is a rustic style camp located in Hope, New Jersey.  Cranford residents have the opportunity to unwind after a long week to enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, picnicking and the local scenery and attractions the area has to offer. 

Reservations will begin on Friday, June 17th at 9 a.m. for the 4th of July weekend. Reservations will continue for other weekends in July through September, two weeks prior to the weekend requested. Cabin and tent sites are $25.00 per night. Residents must be 21 and older and show proof of residency.  The Recreation and Parks Department is also looking for Directors for the camp.  Directors must be Cranford residents.  For further information on the Camp or becoming a Camp Director, please call 908-709-7283.   To make reservations, visit Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue, Cranford.
