1. The Cranford Township Committee will meet at 8 p.m. in council chambers, located on the second floor of town hall, 8 Springfield Ave. The agenda includes an update from Mayor Daniel Aschenbach regarding the Birchwood Avenue lawsuit.

2. The , 220 Walnut Ave. will screen the classic film "Call Northside 777" at 7 p.m. Made in 1948, the documentary-inspired thriller focuses on P.J. McNeal, played by James Stewart. McNeal is a reporter who is asked by his editor to look into a potential story: their newspaper has been carrying an ad offering a substantial reward for information regarding the murder of a policeman that occurred eleven years ago.

The Cranford First Aid Squad, located at 6 Centennial Ave., is always looking for new volunteer members to provide emergency services as well as administrative volunteers who contribute to fundraising, education and public awareness.
