Press Release: Important Information for Homeowners with Flood Damage

Residents should respond by 8 a.m. Sunday.

The NJ Office of Emergency Management is asking the township of Cranford to identify homeowners who are interested in elevation or acquisition of their flood-damaged structures.

It is critical that residents respond by 8 a.m. Sunday to be considered.
Email the following information to administration@cranfordnj.org: your name, address of flood damaged property, owner’s mailing address, contact information and whether you are interested in acquisition or elevation of your property.

Keep in mind that the acquisition/elevation request is strictly voluntary and no homeowner is signing a contract with NJOEM, FEMA or the township of Cranford. Feel free to share this information with family, friends and neighbors. This is a time-sensitive matter.
