Baseball

Cranford 16, Plainfield 0: Andrew DiFrancesco scored four runs on three hits and drove in two runs of his own in the big win over Plainfield. 

Cranford 6, Elizabeth 4: Chris Folinuz stayed hot with two-RBI and a home run in the win over Elizabeth. 

Cranford 9, SPF 0: Chris Folinuz, Andrew DiFrancesco, Eric Garguilo each picked up two RBI in the win over SPF.

Cranford 7, Oratory 2: John Armstrong struck our five in six innings of work, also picking up the win. 

Cranford 9, Union 2: Cranford put across six runs in the first inning, seperating themselves from the opponent en route to a 9-2 victory. Chris Folinusz went deep for the Cougars. 

Cranford 10, Delbarton 0: Ryan Williamson picked up three hits and drove in four runs in the shutout over Delbarton. 

Cranford 12, Rahway 1: Chris Folinusz led the way for the Cougars' offense with six RBI on the day.

Cranford 9, Elizabeth 2: Alex Plick struck out five and picked up the win in seven innings of work.

Cranford 6, SPP 3: Starter Kurt Rutmayer struck out nine and went the distance in the Cougars' win over St. Peter's

Cranford 8, SPF 3: Andrew DiFrancesco, Sean Feeney and Eric Garguilo each drove in two in the Cougars' 8-3 win.

Cranford 16, Union 5: Chris Folinusz had a home run and six RBI in the Cougars' win over Union.

Softball

Cranford 8, Elizabeth 2: Stephanie Bagniewski hit another home run in the 8-2 win over Elizabeth. Julie Siragusa also picked up three hits and scored two runs. 

Cranford 4, GL 0: Stephanie Bagniewski blasted a home run and had three RBI in the win over GL.

Cranford 11, Oak Knoll 0: Julie Siragusa smacked two home runs and drove in five in the win over the Royals. 

Cranford 12, Elizabeth 2: Izzy Acton, Melissa Moreno and Jenna Goeller each picked up two RBI in the win over Elizabeth. 

Cranford 18, Roselle Park 0: Melissa Moreno, Jesd Rediger and Julie Siragusa all homered in the big win over Roselle Park.

Cranford 11, SPF 1: Julie Siragusa had a home run and four RBI in the win over SPF. 

Cranford 1, Carteret 0: Julie Siragusa went seven innings in the Cougars' 1-0 shutout win over Carteret.

Cranford 10, Linden 0: Jessica Casale stole three bases in the Cougars' season opening win over Linden.

Boys Lacrosse

Oratory 9, Cranford 8: Dan Murphy and J.R. Rubin scored two goals apiece in the one-goal UCT quarterfinals loss to Oratory. 

Cranford 7, SPF 6: Tom Fitzgerald scored two goals and assisted on three others in the Cougars win over the Raiders. 

Millburn 13, Cranford 5: Wills Roman made nine saves for the Cougars.

Randolph 7, Cranford 6: J.R. Rubin scored two goals in the loss to Randolph.

SPF 12, Cranford 6: The Cougars were paced by J.R. Rubin who had two goals and an assist in the loss to Scotch Plains. 

Girls Lacrosse

Cranford 20, Lenape Valley 5: The Cougars jumped out to a 11 goal first half lead and never looked back. Cranford was led by Morgan Mason (5) and Rebecca Roman (4) on the offensive end. 

Westfield 17, Cranford 4: Rebecca Roman found the back of the net four times in the loss to the Blue Devils. 

Cranford 12, GL 9: Rebecca Roman scored four goals in the Cougars' first win of the season.

Verona 19, Cranford 9: Morgan Mason scored four goals for the Cougars in the loss.
