“Great Communities Are Built on Great Food”

Chef Andrea Carbine, co-owner of Cranford’s acclaimed A Toute Heure bistro, will talk about the A Toute Heure garden, known as jack’s run, the bistro’s connections to local farmers, and how A Toute Heure uses these connections to build its own garden. Local farms and the jack's run garden help the bistro to meet its goal of securing at least seventy-five percent of the goods and materials it uses from the local community. Chef Carbine is a two time James Beard award nominee for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic and a graduate of the French Culinary Institute. Admission to the program is free and all are welcome. Sponsored by the Cranford Pubic Library.
