Z-Fanatical Fitness is offering a summer special at USA Karate & Fitness. Classes are Monday-Thursday at 11AM. Z-Fanatical Fitness is a bootcamp style class that uses Threshold Training so that people of all fitness levels can train at high intensity, in short 10 minute workouts with no weights or equipment.
