Wrestler, Basketball Captain Named CHS Athletes of the Week
The CHS Athletic Department announced Tom DiGiovanni and Mairead McKeary as this week's athletes of the week.
The Cranford High School Athletic Office named freshman Tom DiGiovannia and senior Mairead McKeary this week’s athletes of the week.
DiGiovanni is on the varsity wrestling team and is currently on a 16-match winning streak, the CHS athletic office stated. He also currently holds an overall record of 17-1 so far this season.
McKeary is a senior captain of the basketball team and led the Cougars with 15 points, 4 assists, five rebounds and three steals during the Girls’ 65-43 win against Scotch Plains-Fanwood on Saturday.
