Football State Playoffs: 
The Cranford Cougars take on Palisades Park (away) Friday night at 7 p.m. 

Comedy Night at Southside Roast:
Four comedians will perform some stand-up Friday night at 8 p.m. at SoRo on Centennial Avenue. Two of the featured comedians are from Cranford!

Roosevelt Fireplace Ceremony: The fireplace will be officially dedicated to Cranford by Roosevelt School on Saturday at 2 p.m. The event will take place at the fireplace’s new home, the Cranford Community Center, and be followed by refreshments.

Kris Kringle visits Cranford: Is it too soon to get the kid’s in the holiday spirit? Not at Periwinkle’s! On Saturday, Kris Kringle will visit Periwinkle’s for an Old World ornament signing from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Receive a free ornament signed by Kris when you spend $30 or more.

Also, the 20th annual “Books for Kids” campaign is underway at the Cranford Public Library.
