My wife and I have dined at Cervantes a few times over the last few months. After reading several older negative reviews on-line we were a bit skeptical. However, each time that we've gone, the service has been outstanding and the food excellent as well. A welcome alternative to traveling to Newark's Ironbound. Our only issue is their Sangria recipe is a bit on "kool-aid" side. If they would use a wine base with a fuller body, it would be more enjoyable.
