The Orange Avenue Pool is one of two public pools in Cranford, the other being the Centennial Avenue Pool. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Members may use either pool, plus the fitness center. Summer membership costs about $250 for Cranford residents and about $500 for non-residents; year round is about $500 for residents and about $800 for non-residents. Both annual and seasonal memberships are available to seniors for a substantial discount. The Orange Avenue Pool offers babysitting and a wide variety of safety classes, including CPR certification and lifeguard training.
