Very poor. Building is old, windows do not seal well, heat does not work well and in the summer, with no venting in the roof, the upper floor apartments are very hot. The management will provide smnall electric room heaterws which will triple your electric bill but they will not reduce your rent. Many apartments do not have AC units (although they advertise AC) and management will provide large, noisy portable units from Home Depot. The lower 4 units were destroyed by Hurricane Irene and mold is now a problem. the west-facing units heat up in the evening as there is no insulation in the walls. Great location but the owner will not make the investments necessary. Management is in Pennsylvania and very rude. The on-site property manager is responsive but they have to hire new maint guys every year. Great location but low quality.
