I attended a nerf war birthday party this past weekend. WE were so excited because we thought it was a great way for the kids to get some of their energy out. Upon entering I saw the mother of the birthday child crying. As it turns out, we were told once we arrived that we were not allowed to be in the room with the children while they were in the party room. I understand this, having numerous adults in one small place can get overbearing. What got us what that we were told NO Parents (NOT even the birthday childs mother or father) would be allowed. After MUCH complaining and practically an uproar, they allowed for the parents to take turns individually. We were then told that once the children are in the room for their "safety" the door would be LOCKED. This made the parents very angry and very upset. I am sorry, but the party was for a 5 year old and the youngest child there was 3. I am not comfortable with my child being locked in a room where I do not have access to him. The parents did not know the instructors, and locking children in a room I am sure is against a firecode of some sort. While trying to calmly discuss this with the "instructors" we were given an attitude as if the parents were in the wrong. When it came time for pizza, we were not even allowed to sit with the children! I would never go back and I would NEVER suggest that anyone else book a party there! Save yourself the upset and aggravation. DON'T BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!! Stay clear, not worth it!
I started kickboxing about two months ago. I wasn't sure how I would like it at first. but, I'm so glad I made the decision to join the class. it's a great a great workout! The instructors work with their students individually and keeps us motivated. The gym was never really my thing; I couldn't motivate myself to get up and go! But with these kickboxing classes I never want them to end. They are an intense workout and you definitely see results in no time! They run great deals! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I would like to commend USA Karate for putting together a wonderful birthday for my son. He loves his nerf guns and toys. The kids would not stop talking about it for days. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a reasonably priced and fun birthday for their child. THANK YOU USA KARATE STAFF!
