Assault rifles and a large quantity of materials used to make bombs was found in the Ridgewood home of Roberto Rivera, 60, on Saturday, according to police. Rivera, a New York doctor, was charged with recklessly creating a risk of widespread injury or damage. FBI agents said he was active in the Occupy Wall Street movement. State Sen. Stephen M.
