Born in Chicago and raised in San Diego, Vincent now calls the New York area home. He spent two years as editor of a group of community newspapers in Union County before moving to a newsletter publishing company in Springfield. 

Vincent writes the weekly NoonEats column for Springfield Patch and cowrites Morristown Munchies for Morristown Patch. His news, feature and food writing also appears in Cranford Patch, Carlsbad Patch, the Staten Island Advance and other publications.

Vincent recently completed the New York City Marathon. Almost as important as his 4:29 finish time: Knowing that 3,600 calories were burned during the race.
