Essex Man Arrested On Heroin Distribution Charges

Kilkenny House Restaurant and Pub owner Barry O'Donovan, his wife, Peggy Murray, and U.S. Rep Leonard Lance, R-NJ, as Lance presented a flag flown over the Capitol in recognition of O'Donovan's selection as the Small Business Administration (SBA) 2012 Phoenix Award winner. The Cranford, NJ, resident and Irish native, owns Kilkenny House, which suffered major flood losses in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene last fall. He is being honored for his efforts to rebuild his business while helping his local community recover from the storm.
