Deadline to File Objections on Birchwood Recommendations

The public will have a final chance to submit comments today to the judge handling the matter.

In a hearing earlier this month concerning the Birchwood Avenue development, the township was granted a new deadline for filing objections to recommendations made on the site plan by a court-appointed special hearing officer. Some of the recommendations include elevating the roadway and replacing trees, which has raised flooding concerns for the area.

That deadline is today, Dec. 31.

As reported previously in Patch, on Dec. 17 Chrystal scheduled a hearing on the final site plan for the Birchwood Avenue property on Feb. 4, 2013 at 10a.m.
