Tuesdays from 7:00pm - 8:15 pm. **Class will begin Nov. 5th to Dec. 10th** Learn all about the history of chocolate in this "hands on" class. We will explore the chocolate making process from bean to bar, the different types of chocolate used in creating various confections, how to incorporate cocoa into cuisine, the healthy benefits of cocoa in our diet, and so much more! Each week we will focus on a different "sweet treat" that you can make and take with you!
