Union County Clerk Offers Property Documents to Storm Victims

Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi offers free copies of property documents to Union County residents who lost their property documents during Hurricane Sandy and its aftermath. For a limited time, copies of property documents necessary to process insurance claims or apply for FEMA assistance are available at no charge at the Clerk's Office in the Union County Courthouse, 2 Broad Street, Room 115, Elizabeth. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please provide the property owner's name, the property address, and the approximate date of deed transfer.
